An easy to run, satisfying Business

Love Smoothies are a popular, fast selling soft drink and our business is expanding world wide. We are looking for motivated, independent people who want to work for themselves supplying our award winning Smoothie sachets to local cafes, bars and restaurants. You can start out supplying retailers in part of a city, throughout a larger area or province, or even throughout an island or an entire country.

Distributor Program

We like to do things properly, and this includes the time and effort we put into making sure our Distributor business will be successful. We charge a one-off Distributor Set Up Fee for this service. This Fee Set-Up fee includes the following:

Distributor Licensing Agreement

A bi-lingual Distributor Licensing Agreement that grants the Distributor the sole rights to sell the products of Love Smoothies within a certain, designated exclusive area. The Agreement is easy to understand, jargon free and is designed to protect both the Distributor and Love Smoothies. It is written in your language and is valid for a period of 2 years.

Exclusive Territory

Distributors receive an exclusive, mutually agreed designated sales territory, with sole rights to sell the products of Love Smoothies. Sales leads and inquiries received from this territory by Love Smoothies will be passed on to the Distributor responsible for this area. The location and size of the territory depends upon availabilty and investment.

Wholesale Re-Seller Price

Distributors for Love Smoothies are able to buy our IQF Smoothie sachets at our wholesale, re-seller prices. This allows a generous mark-up when supplying the product to retail customers.

World Class Training

Our Distributor Training Program is where we share everything that we have learned over the past 10 years about buying, shipping, storing, marketing, selling and distribution of the Love Smoothies products. Training lasts for between 2 and 3 days at our head offices in Las Palmas and / or London. After this we stay in close contact with our Distributors and we are always available by phone or email for advice or to discuss business strategies. Our Distributors are free to contact us at any time for ongoing advice and support, or simply if they want a friendly chat.

Our training is tailored according to the Distributors' skill level and includes: How to make a stunning product demonstration, visits to Love Smoothies customers, how to open a new client account, one-on-one sales training, communication skills and techniques, customer service reccomendations, administration and much, much more.

Love Smoothies Branding

Distributors are allowed to use our Trademarked and licensed company branding and the famous Love Smoothies logo.

Menus, Posters and Information Packs

Distributors have full access and license to use any and all of our numerous Smoothie menus, Cocktail menus, Posters and Information Packs plus all other materials necessary for customers and for sales presentations.

Support

Last but not least, Distributors are entitled to our support and advice for as long as they wish, by email, telephone or chat services - entirely free. In fact we like to talk with our Distributors regularly and we're always available upon request. From time to time, we usually visit our Distributors - usually to congratulate them on how well they have done.

With our team of business professionals available for advice and support - our Distributors can have confidence that we will do everything we possibly can to make sure our Distributors business is as successful as possible. Together we can both benefit.

No Royalty Payments

• There are no Royalty fees to pay, ever, with any of our distributor Licenses.
• You own and keep 100% of your sales revenue - always.
  
• There are no restrictive contracts to sign.
• You simply buy fast selling Love Smoothie sachets from us for as long as you wish.
  

Start Up Costs

Here are some of the items you will need to budget for:

• Your Distributor Set Up Fee.
  
• An initial stock of our fast selling, frozen Smoothies sachets.
• A small stock of Blenders to provide to your initial customers.
• Point-of-sale materials  and menus to supply to your customers.
• Rental of commercial cold storage for the frozen Smoothie sachets. This is available in most places for reasonable monthly rates.
  
• Refrigerated delivery of the smoothie sachets from cold storage to your customers. You can use a contract refrigerated delivery service and pay per delivery, or you can lease a small freezer van and make the deliveries youself.
  
• Access to a computer and use of an invoice making program.
• As with every business - there will also be the normal miscellaneous business start-up expenses.
